Refund policy

Returns may be excepted within 14 days from the order date. The product must be in its original condition and unopened. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A refund, to the original form of payment, will be issued with 10 days of the return being received.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, it will be minus the shipping cost.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Our regular priced items may be refunded, but our sale items cannot be refunded.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT FOR A REPLACEMENT?

Please explain the situation. If an item was defective, damaged in transit, or you received a wrong item, we ask that you send a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace such items.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions must be canceled 7 days before the next shipment.
