Elderberry Syrup

A few years ago I was having intense shoulder pain. I had an athletic trainer in the family take a look at me. He had nothing to help me. I was in so much pain I couldn’t sleep at night and was miserable all day long. Talked with a doctor who said try some ibuprofen for a couple weeks.
